A Living Path of Elemental Yoga, Cyclical Embodiment & Sacred Feminine Wisdom

Elemental yoga, Vibrational practice, and Cyclical embodiment – for every woman walking the journey home to herself through rest, rise, remembrance and release.
Elemental Yoga

I am a devoted practitioner of Yoga rooted in the teachings of Non-Dual Shaiva and Shakta Tantra, trained in Bali where the path of embodiment revealed itself to me through the wisdom of the Elements.
My journey is anchored in the triad of Adhyana (Study), Sadhana (Practice), and Kula (Community) an ever-flowing cycle that leads to Samavesha, a full-bodied immersion into the divine within everyday life. Rather than seeking to transcend this world, this practice invites us deeper into it — to taste the sacred in the sensual, the mystery in the mundane, and to remember that Bhakti (devotion) and Seva (service) are fragrances we emit when we live aligned with our essence.
Unlike the path of Raja Yoga, which aims to dissolve into a changeless state beyond form to reach samadhi. The Tantric path honors the world as Shakti Herself — ever-changing, ever-becoming. Through Elemental Yoga, we return to the body as temple and the elements as guides. Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether become sacred portals through which we meet ourselves and the divine in all states of being — grounded, fluid, fierce, spacious, and still. We are nature in motion, that our cycles are not separate from the divine, and that samadhi can be found not only in stillness, but in the fullness of being alive.
Honouring Women’s Cycles Through Elemental Yoga

Women’s bodies move through 28 day cycles, hormonal shifts, and emotional tides—that often go unacknowledged in mainstream yoga and wellness spaces. This approach to Elemental Yoga invites women to tune inward and reconnect with their inner seasons.
By exploring the female cycle within the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—women can develop a deeper understanding of their physical, emotional, and energetic changes throughout the month. This awareness supports greater self-care, emotional regulation, and creative expression.
In this work, there is no “one size fits all” prescription. Instead, women are invited to listen to their bodies and cultivate practices – Whether movement, breath, meditation, or ritual—that meet their current needs. For example, Earth days may call for grounding and rest, while Fire days invite expression and outward energy.
This cyclical embodiment empowers women to move beyond the pressures of linear productivity and constant doing, embracing instead a more sustainable and nurturing way of living, in harmony with their own inner wisdom.
Through Elemental Yoga, women learn to reclaim their bodies as temples of wisdom and power, finding balance in the changing dance of their inner elements.
This work is open to all women and individuals who identify with feminine cycles, including those who are not currently menstruating as following the moon cycle can server as an external anchor to connect to cyclical rhythms. Please note it’s important to listen to your own body and energy as your individual cycle, whether hormonal, energetic, or emotional, is the ultimate guide. Elemental Yoga and cyclical awareness offered here are complementary practices aimed at self-exploration and embodiment. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for any health concerns.
Sound Bath Journey
I guide clients through sound bath journeys using Tibetan singing bowls and elemental instruments — to support deep nervous system regulation, energetic release, and subtle awakening. Each sound is attuned to the elements — earth, water, fire, air, and ether — inviting harmony within and without.
Rooted in shamanic earth wisdom and the Tantric view of vibration as the source of all creation, these journeys honor sound not merely as sensation, but as consciousness in motion. In Tantric cosmology, this is Parā Vāk — the supreme voice, the unstruck sound (Anāhata) from which all arises.
These sessions are not about listening with the ears alone — they are about feeling sound in the body, letting it dissolve tension, awaken dormant energy, and return you to the formless field of awareness.

Explore Your Essence
“When you see yourself clearly, there comes a flash of recognition: you are a microcosmic expression of precisely the same divine powers that create, maintain, and dissolve this whole universe.”
